Ambiance and food are first class! Service is friendly. It is a very popular place, so it is probably better to order a take away and enjoy it at home, as many people are doing. A couple of tables are available outside. Portions were big and tastes were authentic. Totally recommend!

This is the best Thai food I ever had out of Thailand. I have eaten Thai in many countries, and there usually is a local twist to the taste. However, this is a very authentic Thai food that tastes amazing. The flavors brought me back to the beautiful country that I visited a few times. We had a green Thai curry with beef tenderloin, chicken Pad Thai and chicken skewers with peanut sauce and all were spectacular. The owner is very friendly and the place seems to be very popular with people around the area, and no wonder—it's a gem of a restaurant. Will definitely be back for more.

Bought takeaway, food was alright, price was rather steep for what I got. So high, in fact, that it became the reason for my rather harsh rating. I was torn, since usually, when in doubt, I choose to round up in favour of ratee, but at almost double the price of what it should be imho, I really couldn't justify this.

What a place! We ordered via phone and the owner gave us some menu tips and set the tone for a fun pickup. When first arriving at the pickup point, I was a bit skeptical. The place looks to be in temporary housing on the edge of a new residential area. But if you forget the run down look and focus on what you are doing there; boy can they prepare genuine tasting Thai food! Best dishes with the true authentic Thai flavors we have had since leaving Thailand. True hidden gem!!

Oh my God, maybe the best dinner experience we had on our whole three-week European vacation. First, Toko Lekki is an easy walk from the Leiden Hilton Garden Inn -- maybe the only walkable restaurant from the hotel. Second, the owner is super friendly, helpful and accommodating. His wife is the chef, and as he says, "everything is made with love." I enjoyed talking with him. My green curry chicken was -- well, my mouth is watering while I type this a week later, just remembering. The Kip (chicken) Lekki with Udon noodles was super-good. Their tempura shrimp appetizer was so good we got a second one. Everything really tastes fresh, high quality and...prepared with love. Just really, really good.

Super tasty food and really warming personnel despite their english not being so fluent. Good prices. Probably because it’s not a touristic location, but an english menu would have really helped. Indeed I ended up eating a super spicy dish (almost in tears) with mushroom that I don’t like much. Nevertheless this was still part of the experience that made my day in Leiden, a day to be remembered. Surely recommended
